El convenio establece pautas para la supervisi\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n, bienestar estudiantil y participaci\u00f3n en la investigaci\u00f3n, asegurando una formaci\u00f3n completa y segura.<\/p><p>La gesti\u00f3n de los convenios de docencia recae en la <b>Direcci\u00f3n del \u00c1rea Acad\u00e9mica<\/b>, que utiliza tres mecanismos clave para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento. Estos incluyen un <b>seguimiento trimestral<\/b> con cada universidad, un <b>proceso de autoevaluaci\u00f3n anual<\/b> y el an\u00e1lisis de <b>indicadores de gesti\u00f3n<\/b> que miden la satisfacci\u00f3n de las universidades, los estudiantes y los pacientes.<\/p><div align=\"justify\"><p>Los convenios se regulan bajo la normatividad vigente: decreto 2378 de 2010 \u201cPor el cual se regula la relaci\u00f3n Docencia Servicio para los programas de formaci\u00f3n de Talento Humano del \u00e1rea de la Salud\u201d del Ministerio de Salud de
